RSSMirLand receives USD 49 mln loan for Vernissage Mall
RUSSIA MirLand Development Corporation subsidiary Global 1 has obtained a USD 49 mln loan from the Bank of Moscow for the refinancing of its Vernissage Mall project in Yaroslavl, 250 km northeast of Moscow.
Retail developers three times more active in Kyiv
UKRAINE If all the shopping projects announced for this year are developed, Kyiv’s retail space will increase by 415,000 sqm, 3.5 times more than last year, according to Anna Chubotina, the head of the retail department at Jones Lang LaSalle in Ukraine, speaking to malls.com.ua.
