CE REGION According to the European Shopping Centre Development report by Cushman & Wakefield, the new supply of shopping centre stock for the four Visegrád countries (Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia) this year is expected to reach 730,000 sqm gla, with 500,000 sqm of this delivered in Poland.
