Neinver sees modest sales growth
EUROPE Neinver recorded EUR 971 mln sales across its outlet centre portfolio in 2018, representing a 3 pct like-for-like increase on the previous year. The company saw 42.3 mln visitors across its 15 outlet centres in Spain, Italy, France, Germany and Poland.

Zalando sees sales increase in 2018
EUROPE Zalando saw revenues grow in Q4 2018 by 24.6pct to EUR 1.7 bln at an adjusted EBIT of EUR 117.8 mln. For the full year 2018,the fashion platform grew revenues by 20pct to EUR 5.4 bln and achieved an adjusted EBIT of EUR 173.4 mln.

Dino has capital for development
POLAND Dino Polska and a subsidiary Dino Południe have signed loan agreements worth a total of PLN 150 mln with PKO Bank Polski. The acquired funds will be used to finance further development of stores and the construction of logistics facilities for the Dino chain.
