LITHUANIA. In H1 2018 retail sales in Lithuania increased by 9.5 pct in comparison with the same period last year. The sector has been developing at a similar pace in Lithuania for several years, Inreal reports.

POLAND The KiK discount store chain is opening increasingly larger stores. After an 800 sqm store was opened in Turawa Park in Opole, an even larger outlet was opened on ul. Dekerta in Sosnowiec.

Improvements planned for Centrum Ursynów

POLAND Galeria Wiślanka, which is under construction in Żory, will have a cinema. Helios has leased 1,500 sqm. In Żory Helios will open a four-screen cinema with 650 seats.

Wilanów organizations do not want compensation for GTC
POLAND Association of Residents of Miasteczko Wilanów and the Nasze Miasteczko Foundation postulate that the investor of Galeria Wilanów, GTC, should withdraw from its plans to apply for compensation for a refusal to grant a building permit and close administrative proceedings regarding the old project.
