POLAND Logistics operator Spedimex has renewed it 20,000 sqm lease of warehouse and office space in its Logicor Łódź I logistics park.
Rhenus starts archiving near Warsaw
POLAND Rhenus Data Office has signed a seven-year lease agreement for 3,400 sqm of warehouse space in the Hillwood Janki Sokołów logistics centre. Rhenus was represented in the negotiations by JLL.

Brökelmann to build Opole factory
POLAND Brökelmann is building an aluminium and steel processing plant with 18,500 sqm of warehouse and production space. The completion of construction is planned for the beginning of December this year. The project is being managed and supervised by Axi Immo.
Panattoni plans Silesian joint venture
POLAND PG Europe from Luxembourg, JRR Investments and Sidus Investments from Poznań are planning to build a logistics centre in Silesia and the companies have submitted an application to the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection for approval to set up a joint venture.

7R builds in Rzeszów
POLAND Construction work on the 7R Park Rzeszów has begun within a special economic zone. Two buildings with a total of around 56,000 sqm are to be built. Bremer has been appointed as the general contractor of the project and the first building is to be delivered at the end of the year.
