POLAND Robyg has the final building permit to build the first stage of Robyg Jagodno, its first project in Wrocław. In this stage, 119 housing units are to be built including 48 apartments around a central courtyard and a number of terraced houses.

POLAND White Star Real Estate and the EPISO 4 opportunity fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners have acquired a portfolio of five warehouses in some of the most established logistics locations in Poland from an affiliate of Oz Real Estate for around EUR 86 mln.

Moleo leases over 9,000 sqm
POLAND Moleo has leased 8,787 sqm of warehouse space and over 600 sqm of office space at the City Logistics Wrocław I centre developed by Panattoni Europe. The tenant was represented during the negotiations by Cresa Poland.
