Panatonni to convert former glassworks

Specjał signs two leases with Panattoni
POLAND FMCG distributor Specjał has opened its 16th wholesale centre in Panattoni Park Lublin with a lease of 3,000 sqm including 300 sqm of office space and has also relocated one of its branches to Panattoni Park Warszawa Konotopa II where it has taken up around 2,900 sqm.

POLAND Panattoni Europe has started construction work on the Panattoni Park Warsaw South Janki distribution centre with an area of 70,500 sqm and Rohlig Suus Logistics has already leased 48,500 sqm including 36,000 sqm of high-bay warehousing space, a 10,000 sqm cross docking centre and 2,500 sqm of office space.
