Prologis builds in Žiar
Prologis has begun construction of a build-to-suit project for CBA Slovakia on a 6 ha site in Žiar nad Hronom in the Banská Bystrica region of Slovakia.

Panattoni to expand Zielona Góra park
POLAND Panattoni Europe has bought land for three more buildings with a combined space of 50,000 sqm in the Panattoni Park Zielona Góra. As a result the total warehouse area of the park will increase to 130,000 sqm.
