SAUDI ARABIA Panattoni signs $500m Saudi deal
Panattoni Saudi Arabia and Bahrain-based GFH Financial Group (GFH) have today announced the creation of a strategic partnership for the development of 500,000 sqm of logistics facilities in Saudi Arabia.

Czech Republic Sixth Czech Garbe park on its way
Garbe Industrial Real Estate CEE has received the building permission for the construction of two industrial facilities in Pohořelice, located approx. 30 kilometers south of Brno. The new development, consisting of two halls measuring 20,000 sqm and 11,000 sqm, is set to begin construction imminently, with plans to make the properties available within eight months.

Parker Lane Poland, specializing in resale solutions for the fashion and off-price industries, has leased approx. 3,600 sqm of space at the MLP Pruszków I logistics center. The company will move into the facility within the next few weeks.

Panattoni has completed a production plant for the Fortaco Group in Knurów, Silesia. The newly opened factory, with an area of over 34,000 sqm, will provide jobs for around 200 people and help consolidate Fortaco’s operations while optimizing logistics.

CTP has obtained an occupancy permit for buildings WARS02 and WARS05, with a total area of 110,000 sqm. The facilities are part of the CTPark Warsaw West complex. The space will be occupied by Raben Group. The location in Wiskitki, near Warsaw, will be its 36th branch in the country.
