POLAND Colian Logistic, a part of the Polish FMCG company Colian Group that holds such brands as Grześki, Jeżyki, Jutrzenka and Goplana, has leased 9,300 sqm of warehouse and office space in Panattoni Park Wroclaw III.

Demand springs up for Hungarian warehouses
HUNGARY In February and March alone Prologis has signed a total of over 76,250 sqm lease agreements for warehousing space in Hungary. The concluded agreements were comprised of 13,250 sqm new leases and 63,000 sqm renewals.

Segro gears up for DPD project
POLAND Construction work on a new BTS, 9,000 sqm warehouse in the 167,000 Segro Logistics Park Poznań in Komorniki is set to begin this spring. The new cross-dock terminal, which is scheduled to be completed in Q4 2015, will serve the logistics company DPD.

Record high warehouse supply in Russian regions
RUSSIA In 2014, app. 700,000 sqm of modern warehouse space was delivered across the Russian regions (all major markets excluding Moscow and St Petersburg), according to CBRE. The number marks the highest supply since 2009.
