CEE REGION In 2013 Prologis signed leases for a combined 1.15 mln sqm of warehouse and industrial space in the CEE region.
ROMANIA Total leasing activity in 2013 for the industrial market was of over 250,000 sqm, up 82 pct on 2012 and only slightly down (-3 pct) on 2011, according to CBRE.
BULGARIA The supply of modern industrial space in Sofia was up by 9.6 pct y-o-y in Q4 2013 to 796,000 sqm, according to the ‘Bulgarian Industrial Property Market ’ report from Forton, a company affiliated with Cushman & Wakefield.
