Slovakia CTP expands in Košice
CTP has announced the 30,000 sqm expansion of CTPark Košice in Slovakia following two pre-lets. The expanded area will be a class-A industrial park boasting facilities tailored for logistics, distribution and light industry.

Poland Garbe goes big in Brandenburg
Garbe Industrial Real Estate has purchased a 420,000-sqm plot of land in the Berlin area. Construction is expected to start in the Q4 2027 once building rights have been obtained and the site has been developed.

Romania Mediapost Hit Mail takes 19,000 sqm in Bucharest
Mediapost Hit Mail has leased 19,000 sqm of space including warehousing and office area in Chitila Logistics Hub, the industrial park developed by Global Vision and Globalworth in Bucharest. The company will operate logistics and e-commerce services for companies in the retail, FMCG, energy and services sectors.

Poland Panattoni Park Kraków East IV fully lesaed
Panattoni is expanding its portfolio of locations in the Krakow region. In Niepołomice, the developer has commenced construction of Panattoni Park Kraków East IV, which will be completed in May 2024. Omega Pilzno - a Polish logistics operator - has already leased the entire space.

Poland CTP expands across Poland
CTP is entering new regional markets in Poland and has announced the development of three more business parks. It will build new investments in Łódź, Częstochowa and Bydgoszcz, providing a total of more than 215,000 sqm of leasable space.

Poland Panattoni close to completing DHL centre near Poznań
Panattoni's development of a 32,000 sqm logistics centre for DHL Parcel in Robakowo near Poznań is now close to completion. It is set to be the developer’s third industrial project in Poland to be awarded BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ certification.
