The tennant has increased its storage capacity by relocating the warehouse in VGP Park Bucharest Nord, to a new, larger unit, with areas dedicated to the storage of ambient, refrigerated and frozen products.

Poland Close to the port, on the way to Ukraine

The customs warehouse with the controlled temperature will be located in the logistics park Gdańsk-Kowale Distribution Centre. Czech Republic Bosal moves to Ústí nad Labem

Dutch company Bosal has leased around 10,000 sqm of warehouse and production space at VGP Park Ústí nad Labem City in north-western Czech Republic. The technology park will emerge from a brownfield site near the city centre on the location of the former Avirunion glassworks.

Poland MLP increases occupancy rates

Last year MLP Group recorded very good results as regards contracts signed with tenants. During the period, the developer of modern logistics facilities leased in approx. 240,000 sqm of space. The largest number of contracts were signed at the MLP Pruszków II park near Warsaw and MLP Poznań West. This year the level of commercialisation is planned to go up by about 20 pct.
