Industrial property developer HelloParks has opened its first two warehouses in Fót and Maglód. The buildings, one of which is specifically designed for city logistics needs, have already been contracted by six companies to lease a total of nearly 18,000 sqm of space.

Germany Garbe tops out ceremony near Bad Hersfeld
Garbe has held the topping ou ceremony for a 96,000 sqm logistics centre developement on a 19.1 ha plot n an industrial area of Mecklar-Meckbach, near Bad Hersfeld in central Germany. Around EUR 100 mln is to be invested in the project, which is expected to be completed by the end of this year.

Europe Rents set to continue to rise
According to Savills latest European Logistics Outlook, growth in prime rents is set to remain robust across the continent having increased by 10.4 pct in the last four quarters. This is despite vacancy creeping up to 3.5 pct in Q1 2023, reflecting the impact of slower leasing activity.

Poland Pruszków to be fully charged
Teamtechnik Production Technology will have a stake in the GigafactoryX project in Pruszków. The aim of the investment, which is being carried out by Impact Clean Power Technology, is to set up a factory for battery systems for electric vehicles.

Poland Intel clicks on Poland
Intel will invest almost PLN 20 bln in a new factory near Wrocław. The Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) and the Industrial Development Agency (ARP), in cooperation with the Ministry of Digitalisation and the Legnica Special Economic Zone, were responsible for the substantive handling of the investment.

Czech Republic Double-dose of CTP for ViaPharma
ViaPharma has signed a 20-year lease agreement with the developer CTP for two Czech CTParks. CTP will prepare and hand over the premises, with a total area of almost 27,000 sqm and several specific modifications for the pharmaceutical industry, at the end of 2023.
