Panattoni is to develop City Logistics Poznań I – a last-mile urban warehousing park in north-eastern Poznań. The developer has also revealed the identity of the first tenant: Polish muesli, porridge and similar health food producer OneDayMore.

For the first three quarters of 2020, the company made a consolidated net profit of PLN 149.3 mln, up 53 pct y-o-y. In the third quarter alone, net profit came to PLN 28.2 mln, which compares to PLN 40.6m in the third quarter of 2019.

European Logistics Investment, a platform managed by Griffin Real Estate, has acquired two warehouse facilities and a 13 ha development site in Wrocław. Together with its strategic partner Panattoni, it plans to further develop the site through the construction of the 45,000 sqm City Logistics Wrocław North.
