Uniq lease for MLP Pruszków II
POLAND Polish logistics company Uniq Logistic has leased more than 5,700 sqm in MLP Pruszków II on Warsaw’s western outskirts.
Czech industrial demand down – but worse to come?
CZECH REPUBLIC The net take-up for Czech industrial properties in Q1 2020 was significantly down at 93,600 sqm – a decrease of 63 pct both q-o-q and y-o-y, according to the latest figures published by Industrial Research Forum.
