Huw Morrison

Huw Morrison has been appointed as general counsel at Kajima Properties. He will oversee all legal matters relating to the company’s operations.

Huw joins Kajima Properties from CBRE Investment Management, where he served as the head of UK Legal for business lines investing globally and across EMEA in both direct and indirect real estate assets. During his time at the company, Huw worked on numerous separate account establishments, fund establishments, primary fund investments, co-investments, secondaries, a variety of joint ventures, acquisitions, developments, financings, and disposals. Prior to his role at CBRE, Huw spent eight years at the international law firm Jones Day. During his eight years there, he represented a variety of investors, sponsors, and operating partners on all aspects of real estate investment.
