Jacek Bagiński

Jacek Bagiński has been appointed to the board as the chief financial officer. He has spent nearly 30 years working for some of the leading companies operating in Central and Eastern Europe, and for the past eight years, he has served as a member of the board and CFO of EPP NV, an owner of shopping centres across Poland. Previously, he held the same position at Empik Media & Fashion. He also served on the management boards of Opoczno and Polfa Kutno, and has held management positions in international corporations such as PepsiCo and BP/Amoco.

With his long career, he has experience of business development, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestments, financing and taxes, as well as financial planning, controlling, and reporting. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics.
