Kristýna Milovanović

Kristýna Milovanović has been appointed as associate and the head of Retail Tenant Representation at Cushman & Wakefield. In her new role, she will lead a team of consultants and continue to focus on providing strategic advice to tenants. With her deep knowledge of the retail market, she will assist both local and international clients in developing their branch networks.

She joined Cushman & Wakefield’s retail team in 2017 as a consultant for High Streets, where she managed the leasing of retail spaces for various clients and represented many brands in their expansion in the Czech Republic. Additionally, Kristýna is involved in leasing outlet shopping centres. Currently, she is working on the entry of other premium brands in the fashion and cosmetics sectors, providing strategic advice and finding suitable premium retail spaces.

Kristýna earned CEMS Master’s in International Management from the University of Economics in Prague in 2016. During her studies, she completed a double degree program in International Management and finished part of her education at the University of Cologne in Germany.
