Gabriel Vinte

has been appointed business development manager and sustainability consultant within the project and development services department. In addition to responsibilities focused on expanding the client portfolio and strategic partnerships, he will also oversee the business line dedicated to sustainability services. Gabriel brings over 21 years of experience in structured financing, construction, development, leasing, administration, maintenance, marketing for office, industrial, retail and residential projects, both greenfield and brownfield. He has managed a portfolio exceeding EUR 1 bln in assets. He is a certified Real Estate Valuator and holds an EMBA from Maastricht School of Management. Since 2019, he has concentrated on the marketing and business development aspects of real estate.
