Lux Med hospital to be redeveloped by FB Antczak

The office building is to be converted into a Lux Med private hospital. The completion of the work is scheduled for 2017, with contract being worth almost PLN 30 mln. The building, which was acquired by the Lux Med group at the end of October, consists of four above-ground floors and an underground car park. Its useable area amounts to almost 9,000 sqm. The building was originally planned to include class ‘A’ offices and a retail and service section.
