POLAND The ground breaking ceremony for the IBB Hotel Długi Targ in Gdańsk has taken place in the presence of Gdańsk mayor Paweł Adamowicz.
IBB Hotel Długi Targ in Gdańsk is being constructed at ul. Długi Targ 14–16. Investment costs are estimated at EUR 11 mln for the project. The hotel will be ready in the late summer 2017. The developer and investor behind the project is the Długi Targ company owned by the Von der Heyden Group and Adam Trybusz.
