POLAND Xplan has carried out the fit-out work for an office and a car showroom owned by HSI Capital in The Tides multi-functional building on Warsaw’s Vistula embankment.

Xplan was responsible for the electrical and sanitary installations, the walls, the floors, the ceilings and other surfaces. JMP Service is responsible for the architectural design of the 500 sqm of offices. The Tides, which has been developed on the site of the Warsaw Rowing Society’s defunct building on ul. Wioślarska, comprises 13,000 sqm and was designed by Kuryłowicz & Associates.
