POLAND Authorities of Nowa Sól failed to find a party interested in the renovation of the municipal junior secondary school again, the local government is preparing for the announcement of the sixth tender procedure concerning the project.
No offering party entered the fifth tender procedure even thought the amount allocated in the municipal budget for this purpose amounts to PLN 870,000. “Until a few years ago prices in tender procedures concerning construction work were app. 30 pct lower compared to cost estimate prices and somehow it was profitable to everyone.
