The regional court in Nowy Sącz is the first Polish PPP project involving the State Treasury

POLAND A new district court building in Nowy Sącz has come into use as a result of the first Polish project carried out under a public-private partnership in which the public partner was the State Treasury.
The private partner of the project is Warbud, while the governmental bodies involved were the Ministry of Investment and Development and Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, which provided financing for the project, as well as the Ministry of Justice, which also supervised the work. The 8,000 sqm building has one underground and four above-ground floors. It comprises 18 courtrooms, a grand lobby and an underground car park.
