CZECH REPUBLIC Colliers International has opened design and build service line in its Prague office.
It will be led by Ondřej Slavík, who joined Colliers from Tétris Worldwide, where he was a senior construction manager. The new division is to offer a wide range of services from fit-out consultancy and planning spaces to interior design and project management.
