Sollers' interior is ready

The contract included the arrangement of the top, sixth floor of an office building, which has 2,700 sqm. The scope of the completed work is: coordination of the entire process, all installations, construction work, finishing work and furniture. The work lasted from June until September. The tenant is Sollers Consulting specializing in advisory and construction services for the financial sector. The company, which currently employs more than 500 people, was founded in 2000. Sollers Consulting has been operating in Lublin since 2012. More than 100 of its employees in Lublin can use the company’s own terrace on the roof of the building, where a chill-out zone with a panorama of the Lublin Old Town has been arranged. “We want our offices to be a friendly place to work in. The office in Lublin was designed in the same standard as other locations,” said Marcin Pluta, a managing partner at Sollers Consulting. The design of the office was prepared by Studio Quadra. “Own, experienced executive staff as well as PM employees guaranteed high quality and timely execution. I can say with a clear conscience that thanks to the openness of the client and our experience, we have created the best office in Lublin today,” added Andrzej Lipiński, a deputy CEO of Artservis. The challenges the contractor had to face included the design itself, which was very interesting, combining the latest systems in workplace design and using a great deal of materials such as wood, stone, felt or live moss. The Spokojna II building is located in the city centre. It has more than 18,000 sqm of office space and 3,600 sqm of service space. There are 335 parking spaces located on three underground levels. Its developer is Orion from Lublin.
