POLAND Artservis, a nationwide contractor of fit-out work, retail and co-working space, has completed arrangement work in the new Spokojna II office building in Lublin.
The contract included the arrangement of the top, sixth floor of an office building, which has 2,700 sqm. The scope of the completed work is: coordination of the entire process, all installations, construction work, finishing work and furniture. The work lasted from June until September. The tenant is Sollers Consulting specializing in advisory and construction services for the financial sector. The company, which currently employs more than 500 people, was founded in 2000.
