PLN 35 mln for Kraków photo museum

POLAND Construction work has begun on the new home of the Museum of Photography in Kraków. The museum is to be housed in the former armoury building at ul. Rakowicka 22.
The institution has received a total of more than PLN 35.4 mln from the Kraków Regional Authority (PLN 27.8 mln) and in EU funds from the Regional Operational Programme of the Małopolska Region for 2014–2020 (PLN 7.6 mln). The building will comprise modern exhibition and educational space as well as a library with a reading room. It will also have a bookstore and a café. The usable area of ​​the building will increase from 1,500 sqm to 3,300 sqm. The architectural concept is the work

The Radisson Blu Hotel Complex in the heart of Bucharest has been refinanced with a EUR 123 mln loan. The hotel complex is owned by Revetas Capital together with funds and accounts managed by Cerberus Capital Management. The facility was underwritten by Deutsche Pfandbriefbank (pbb) with whom Revetas has a long-standing relationship.
