Underground workspace

The 560 sqm of offices on the fourth floor of the building have been fitted with the latest technology and abundant greenery. They will also be used for market research and to test out the latest products and services of the bank.

The interiors have been designed by Studio Robert Majkut Design to meet the high technological, research and logistics standards stipulated by the investor. Much emphasis has also been placed on the environmental aspects. The result is functional and flexible with a minimal amount of enclosed space. RBL has been filled with mobile desks and work cabins, acoustic curtains, adjustable modular furniture and portable acoustic walls.

Advanced teleconferencing systems have also been installed to allow smooth signal transfer between stationary and mobile devices. An important feature of this is the video installation and large-format screen produced by IMS.

All these elements have been put together in a slightly casual, ‘underground’, rebel style. However, the key element of the project is the lush greenery provided by Zielone Ściany, which contributes greatly to purifying the air. The offices have also been fitted with air filtering and other purifying devices.

“We have managed to create a technologically advanced workplace that encourages creativity and workshop freedom. The space is ideal for intensive activity, focus as well as the freedom to express ideas. It is also subdued in terms of its form so as not to impose itself and disturb the flow of activity and to provide a sense of comfort. It is probably the most advanced office space in Warsaw in this respect,” believes Robert Majkut, the CEO of Robert Majkut Design.
