Spaceplan gets cooking

The school of over 500 sqm is on the ground floor of the Ethos building at Plac Trzech Krzyży. The cooking school is part of a chain with branches in Moscow, Singapore, St Petersburg and Bucharest. Spaceplan was the general contractor of the interior. The school required at least twelve stations with stoves and adequate ventilation.


“This part of the work was carried out by Spaceplan at the request of the building owner of the building and non standard systems which several departments worked on to create,” says Agnieszka Chołuj, the CEO of Spaceplan.
