POLAND Warbud is to build two administrative buildings on ul. Plebiscytowa in Opole.
The city’s public service centre is to move to one building the while the other will house the local revenue and tax office. The contract was put out to public tender last year. The first building is to be LEED certified and will have a useable area of 4,500 sqm. Currently the city’s public service centre has eleven offices, six of which are leased.
