VNĪ, the Latvian state real estate company, is putting up for sale Tetera House (or the Corner House) in Riga.
The starting price for the 8,000 sqm building at Brīvības ielā 61 will be EUR 4.247 mln. An electronic auction is to take place between August 13th and September 14th. The art nouveau-style building requires extensive renovations, but the conditions of the sale stipulate that the buyer should retain its historic façade and follow the instructions of the cultural monument inspector for any renovation work.
