Sadly, due to the continuing global situation, we will not be able to meet on March 25th to announce the results of the Eurobuild Awards and to present the awards to the highest achieving companies in the commercial real estate sector.

Unfortunately, it happened... the pandemic is still with us, and so across Europe the restrictions remain in force, which has once again forced us to postpone the Gala. The new date for the real estate sector’s biggest annual event has now been set for Tuesday, June 22nd. It is with a heavy heart that we have to inform you of this, but we are sure that we will finally be able to meet up in a mood of celebration, but also in safe conditions for everyone. Poland Office market in Warsaw remains stable

In the first half of 2025, 85,000 sqm was added to the Warsaw office market, of which 93 pct was delivered to the central zones mainly due to prestigious projects such as The Bridge (51,800 sqm) and Office House (27,800 sqm), according to the latest report from Axi Immo, titled 'The office market in Warsaw in H1 2025'. At the same time, the vacancy rate remains stable (10.8 pct), with 140,000 sqm under construction at the end of June 2025.

Poland Supply remains limited across the regions

At the end of H1 modern office stock across Poland's regional cities came to 6.75 mln sqm, according to data from Avison Young. New supply came to 2,400 sqm with 200,000 sqm under construction, while demand stood at 387,000 sqm. Quarter on quarter the vacancy rate remained stable at 17.5 pct.

Tenants know best

The survey of tenants of properties for the Eurobuild Awards is coming to an end. On our behalf, Kantar has surveyed 410 companies occupying 50 commercial properties throughout Poland in the largest survey of its type in the CEE region.

Shh, the jury is in session!

On August 1st this year, the nominations for the Eurobuild Awards 2022 were announced. Due to the recent pandemic, this year’s competition recognises achievements over a longer period than the usual twelve months. This time, companies, projects and individuals are to be judged for their achievements over the last 20 months.

The awards nominations are in the can!

The nomination process for Eurobuild Awards 2022 has now been completed! Almost 250 individuals, companies and projects have been nominated in 25 categories, while around 200 names experts and market players have been passed to sit on the jury. In both cases, we have the best of the best!

The Eurobuild Awards – third time lucky

As pandemic and its related restrictions have unfortunately twice forced us to postpone the event, a third date has now been set for the annual Eurobuild Awards 2020. With the gradual lifting of the restrictions and the acceleration of the vaccination programme, we have every confidence that this will be the final time we have to reschedule the ceremony, and so the winners can finally be announced at this most important event for the CEE real estate market.
