Skanska to build archive in Nowy Sącz

Skanska has signed a deal with the National Archive in Kraków to build the country’s largest archive building in Nowy Sącz.

Work is to start in May this year and should be completed in December 2023. The contract is worth PLN 31 mln and is to be funded by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. The project, which is to qualify as a passive building, was designed by Arkona.
