Poland Jonathan Cohen on the photovoltaic revolution [Eurobuild FM]

As Poland rises to 4th place in the EU in terms of the growth of photovoltaic installations, Jonathan Cohen of Colliers tells us more about how their use can raise the value of properties by fulfil stricter renewable energy commitments, meeting green bond obligations and, basically, saving money as energy costs soar.

Jonathan Cohen, senior partner, director of building consultancy, Colliers, is an expert with over 30 years of experience in the construction and investment sector which he gained in Great Britain and CEE region, mainly in Poland. Principally he has focused on office, production-distribution and retail sectors, however has also experience in hotel and residential sectors. He has been involved in many Polish projects including offices - WFC, Rondo 1, Wisniowy Business Park, IBC in Warsaw; retail - Silesia City Centre in Katowice, CH Wilenska in Warsaw; hotels - Westin Warsaw, Intercontinental Warsaw and production facilities for Garmin and Zotefoams amongst others. He has supported investors with technical advice with respect to the acquisition of numerous office, industrial and retail facilities. He is a member of RICS and a Fitwel Ambassador.
