Gemini Park Tarnów is adding a new fitness and leisure concept. Xtreme Fitness Gyms, Poland’s largest fitness club network, will join the centre’s tenant line-up. The nearly 1,400 sqm club is scheduled to open in December 2026.

With occupier demand increasingly focused on prime, well-located buildings, Warsaw’s office market is becoming more selective. Around Rondo Daszyńskiego, one of the city’s most established business locations, this trend is particularly visible. The FORM is among the office assets benefiting from this shift: since opening in early 2025, it has become fully leased, attracted a diversified mix of public- and private-sector occupiers, and demonstrated substantial day-to-day use. Its performance to date, combined with the continued evolution of the surrounding district, reinforces its position as a trophy office asset.

Castorama Studio Projektowe has opened at Galeria Świdnicka, expanding the centre’s offer with interior design services. Customers can receive free support from professional designers in planning kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes and other spaces.

Poland Retail parks strengthen their position in Poland

Retail parks are strengthening their position as one of the key segments of Poland’s retail property market. Their share of new supply continues to grow, with developers pursuing projects in both major cities and smaller towns. At the same time, the format is moving beyond its traditional focus on discount stores and convenience retail. According to the 'Retail parks uncovered' investment report prepared by Avison Young in cooperation with CMS, Newgate Investment and PROH, Poland currently has 3.8 mln sqm of retail park space, accounting for 25 pct of the country’s modern retail stock. A further 746,000 sqm across 88 projects is under construction.

Mill-Yon has launched sales at Osiedle Brzechwy in Pruszków. The development will comprise five four-storey buildings with 289 apartments ranging from 27 to 114 sqm, with layouts from one to five rooms.

Poland Nhood launches eLeaseLoop in Poland

Nhood has launched eLeaseLoop in Poland, a platform designed to streamline the short-term leasing of retail space. As of 21 September, the service is available at 16 shopping centres managed by Nhood.

Poland Phoenix Pharma stays with Segro

Phoenix Pharma Polska has renewed its lease at Segro Logistics Park Warsaw, Pruszków, where it occupies 8,635 sqm of warehouse space and around 700 sqm of office and staff facilities.

Poland Krysiak expands at MLP Poznań West

Krysiak has extended its lease at MLP Poznań West and taken an additional 3,813 sqm of warehouse space, doubling its footprint at the park. The company has been working with MLP Group for around six years and moved into the park in early 2020.

Hungary Full façade closure for second stage of H2Offices

The façade is now fully closed at Skanska’s H₂Offices Phase 2 in Budapest, while roof waterproofing is also complete. The building is now weather-tight, allowing interior works and the installation of mechanical and electrical systems to move forward.

Poland 4,750 sqm modernised at Galeria Jurajska

Tenants at Galeria Jurajska in Częstochowa have modernised a total of 4,750 sqm of space since the start of 2026. Zara, Apart, Pitbull, Itaka and Wyjątkowy Prezent are among the brands that have completed upgrades.

Poland Łódź City Council to move to University Business Park

Łódź City Council has leased 23,000 sqm at University Business Park on ul. Wólczańska. The move, planned for late 2027 or early 2028, will bring together 34 city offices and departments, with around 1,500 employees based at the new headquarters.

Poland Karuzela Ełk expands with HalfPrice

Karuzela Ełk has signed a lease with HalfPrice, which will occupy a new 2,200 sqm standalone building. Construction is already underway.

Poland Accor to open Tribe hotel at Kraków Airport

Accor has signed a franchise agreement for the Tribe Kraków Airport hotel. Located next to the airport terminal, the 170-room property is scheduled to open in 2030.

Poland Sonepar extends 13,000 sqm lease

Sonepar Polska has extended its lease for more than 13,000 sqm of warehouse space at Prologis Park Chorzów. The facility serves as the company’s distribution centre, supplying electrical products to business customers.

Poland ILS Leases 165,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Katowice Airport

ILS, the logistics operator of Inter Cars Group, has leased more than 165,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Katowice Airport. The deal is one of the largest industrial and logistics leasing transactions in Silesia.

Czech Republic Budimex to rebuild the I/43 Road

Budimex has begun reconstructing a more than 2-kilometre section of the I/43 road near Černá Hora in the Czech Republic. The CZK 250.2 mln contract (EUR 10.3 mln) covers the construction of a new road and two bridges.

Hungary Second building of Panattoni Park Moson completed

Panattoni has completed a 24,000 sqm second warehouse at Panattoni Park Moson in Hungary, bringing the logistics park’s total capacity to almost 51,000 sqm.
