Sekyra Group has agreed with Prague’s authorities to contribute CZK 560 mln to the development of a new school and park on Rohanský ostrov (Rohan Island). The agreement unblocks the developer’s Rohan City new district project, which began last year.
Sekyra Group has agreed with Prague city council that it will provide the city with a voluntary contribution of CZK 560 mln (app. EUR 23 mln), a substantial proportion of which will go towards the construction of the park and new school for more than 800 children. Sekyra is currently developing its Rohan City district on the brownfield site on the island. Around 11,000 people will eventually live and work in Rohan City.
