Construction of one of the tallest residential buildings in Wrocław is entering its final phase. Construction work on Quorum Tower, under development by the Cavatina Group, has already reached the 28th floor.

Resi4Rent adds 63 apartments to Wrocław

Resi4Rent is extending its Wrocław development on ul. Grabiszyńska Street with the introduction of a further 63 rental apartments. This represents the company's first loft project.

Poland Jysk comes to Piła

Jysk is to open a 1,400 sqm store in the BIG Piła retail park, being developed by Acteeum Group and BIG Poland. Jysk is a home goods store that sells a range of furniture, bedding, decorative items, and garden products.

Poland Budimex completes work on Warsaw West

Budimex has received an occupancy permit for Warsaw West (Warszawa Zachodnia) station, including for the main hall and level -1. The work covered an area of over 70 ha.

Mitiska REIM to modernise Europa Centralna

Work on modernising the Europa Centralna shopping centre has begun in Gliwice. The main part of the centre has been closed for renovation work, while the retail park section is still operating without disruption.

Poland Warehouse market grows in strength

Average transaction size at the end of Q3 in the warehouse and logistics market was over EUR 820 mln, representing an 11 pct year-on-year increase, according to figures from Cushman & Wakefield.

Czech Republic CTP extends Brno South

CTP has begun construction on a 38,000 sqm building at CTPark Brno South. The anchor tenant will be ABB, which will move into 17,000 sqm and expand its production of low-voltage switchgear. The company is also to lease office space and set up a development centre at the site.

Poland Panattoni launches project near Warsaw

Panattoni is to develop Panattoni Park Grodzisk VI on a 17-ha plot in Kozerki near Grodzisk Mazowiecki in the Warsaw region. The new centre will have 80,000 sqm gla.

Poland Ace of Space has no barriers

The Ace of Space powered by Globalworth space, located in Renoma, Wrocław, has been awarded a 'Building Without Barriers' certificate by the Integracja Foundation. It is the first coworking space in Poland to receive this distinction.

Poland H+H Polska signs up with Okam

H+H Polska has leased over 20,000 sqm from Okam at ul. Jagiellońska 88 in Warsaw. The company will use the space for warehousing and the sale of aerated concrete and silicate wall materials.

This year's Eurobuild Awards gala features a charity auction for the Iskierka Foundation. The items under the hammer include a voucher for you to go and watch a selected FC Barcelona match live, including flights.

LCP Poland, part of M Core, has opened its 100th retail park in Poland. M Park Szprotawa comprises over 6,100 sqm.

Czech Republic Kavci Hory Office Park sold

CA Immo has sold the Kavci Hory Office Park in Prague. The 42,300 sqm centre has been acquired by the Conseq Group.

Poland Supply constrained but rents stable

Poland’s regional city office markets remained broadly stable in the third quarter of 2025, though new supply continued to be tightly constrained. Developers remain cautious, while tenants are focused on lease renegotiations and optimising their office footprints, according to 'Review: Office Market. Regional Cities,' the latest report from BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.

Poland Self-storage set to grow

The self-storage market in Poland is still in its infancy, but it has potential for growth. The area of such facilities in Poland comes to 225,000 sqm with an occupancy rate above 78 pct, according to the latest report 'European Self-Storage Industry Report 2025,' published by CBRE and Fedessa.
