With occupier demand increasingly focused on prime, well-located buildings, Warsaw’s office market is becoming more selective. Around Rondo Daszyńskiego, one of the city’s most established business locations, this trend is particularly visible. The first stage of Panattoni Park Będzin is now fully leased. The 27,600 sqm building is fully occupied, with the largest deal signed by a leading e-commerce operator, which will take more than 24,000 sqm. The tenant is scheduled to start operations at the park in December 2026.

Poland LemonTree completes second stage of Booster Zabrze

LemonTree has completed the second stage of Booster Zabrze. Three new buildings totalling nearly 59,000 sqm have brought the complex to its full build-out of 111,000 sqm. Commercecon was the general contractor for both stages.

Czech Republic Mint rezidenční fond buys 306 apartments in Prague

Mint rezidenční fond, which operates in the private rented sector (PRS), has bought 306 new apartments from developer Metrostav Development at the Vysočanský mlýn complex in Prague. The building has 11,500 sqm of floor space. The deal takes Mint’s total number of apartments in the complex to 547, more than half the total number of apartments in the complex.

Refield and RGL have signed leases totalling 3,500 sqm for space in a planned retail park in Środa Wielkopolska, with Lidl joining the project as its anchor grocery tenant. The park will have around 18,000 sqm of retail space, with the investors targeting 80 pct occupancy by the end of 2026.
