Poland District court building for Łódź

The plot is located at Plac Generała Józefa Hallera in Łódź. The ordering party is the Court of Appeal in Łódź. The task was obtained by open tender. The complex is divided into three separate parts with a total area of 25,500 sqm. The project was developed by Industria Project.

The complex will have eight floors above ground and one underground. Building A will house the administration area, Building B will house the archive and Building C will serve as a solid waste storage facility. The underground car park will provide 127 parking spaces.

In addition to the construction of the building, the scope of works contracted by the consortium includes the construction of communication infrastructure, a building management system, two underground storage tanks, planting and external lighting.

The green areas will amount to approx. 2,400 sqm. The consortium has 3,5 years to complete the works from the date of signing the contract.
