A consortium of Balzola Polska, Lantania and EBS Bud has signed a contract for the construction of a building for the District Court for Łódź - Bałuty and Polesie and the District Court for Łódź Śródmieście. The value of the contract is approx. PLN 267,6 mln gross.
The plot is located at Plac Generała Józefa Hallera in Łódź. The ordering party is the Court of Appeal in Łódź. The task was obtained by open tender. The complex is divided into three separate parts with a total area of 25,500 sqm. The project was developed by Industria Project.
The complex will have eight floors above ground and one underground. Building A will house the administration area, Building B will house the archive and Building C will serve as a solid waste storage facility.
