Advisory firm Deloitte has decided to expand its office space at Wrocław's Renoma by more than 600 sqm. The building will become the company's sole office location in Lower Silesia.
In the H1 of 2025, Deloitte will occupy nearly 1,900 sqm of GLA at Renoma, on the first floor. The company has decided to relocate its consultancy division to the building, consolidating all of its Wrocław operations in one location to foster greater collaboration among its teams. This decision to renew and expand its office lease agreement highlights the successful partnership between Deloitte and Globalworth, the building's owner and manager.
