First building commercialised in Airport City Gdańsk

With the signing of the lease with Dekpol Deweloper, the commercialisation of our ACG Alpha building has reached 100 pct, while the construction of yet another office building now awaits us.

Further buildings are to be built, including the Bravo office building, with an area of 16,500 sqm. The tender for the general contractor is to be announced next year. Eventually, the Airport City Gdańsk complex is to comprise over 100,000 sqm of modern office and service space.

JLL has been appointed as the leasing agent.
