Griffin wins and loses over Łazienki barracks plot
POLAND The Warsaw appeals court has upheld a decision of the city council to rescind Griffin Real Estate’s perpetual usufruct rights for a plot neighbouring Łazienki Park, while the site development conditions for the land were also annulled by the administrative court.
