POLAND Granaria Development Gdańsk, a company appointed by a consortium of Immobel and Multibud in order to manage the operations of the project involving the development of Spichrzów Island in Gdańsk, has been working more and more intensely.
The investor and the authorities of Gdańsk announced a competition for the design of a footbridge across the Motława River which will connect the Main City with the northern tip of Spichrzów Island. Competition entries can be submitted until September 30th. The jury, which is made up of twelve members (representatives of the consortium, public institutions as well as urban planning, architecture and historical building preservation experts) is to announce the results in October.
