Segro finalises EUR 208 mln loan for SELP
CEE REGION UK-based Segro has managed to arrange a EUR 208 mln loan for European Logistics Partnership (SELP), its 50/50 joint venture with Canadian pension fund Public Sector Pension Investment Board, to co-finance the EUR 472 mln logistics property purchase it is making across Europe.
16,000 sqm leased in Torgoviy Park N1 in Zhukovskiy
RUSSIA A Lenta hypermarket, an H&M fashion store and a Deti children’s store will occupy over 16,000 sqm in total in Torgoviy Park N1, which being developed by Norman Asset Management in Zhukovskiy, 40 km southeast of Moscow.
