Polish billionaire develops offices and apartments in Dolny Mokotów
POLAND Jerzy Starak, a Polish pharmaceutical tycoon and one of the richest businesspeople in the country, is planning to extend its development business. He is founding an SPV company which will operate on the office property market and target Warsaw’s Dolny Mokotów area.
