Central Station contractor chosen
POLAND Construction company Winnicki has been chosen by the Polish State Railways (PKP) as the contractor of the aesthetic improvement on the Central Station in Warsaw.
Goodman portfolio grows by 40 pct
CEE REGION Goodman has closed the first half of its 2015 financial year in Central and Eastern Europe with app. 697,000 sqm of assets under management, which is up 40 pct on the previous financial year, ending June 30th 2014.

Bydgoszcz’s Rondo gets larger
POLAND The second stage of the extension work on the Rondo shopping centre in Bydgoszcz has completed. As a result, the property was enlarged by 2,000 sqm of leasable space sectioned off from the mall’s car park.

POLAND 2014 has turned out to be the best ever year for the Budimex group in terms of the value of contracts signed, which amounted to PLN 6.3 bln, a nearly two-fold increase compared to 2013. As of the end of 2014, the value of the company’s real estate portfolio reached PLN 6.1 bln, a 41 pct surge y-o-y.
