POLAND SGI is launching a new residential project in Warsaw. A small apartment building accommodating 70 housing units with floor plans ranging from 32 sqm to 130 sqm will to be built on a plot on ul. Lirowa in the Ochota district.
Another Soho Factory stage given green light
POLAND A subsidiary of the Black Lion fund has received a building permit for the Tetris residential building, which is set to be developed in Warsaw’s Kamionek area. The project will be yet another residential building of the Soho Factory complex located at ul. Mińska 25 in Warsaw’s Praga Południe district.

Record high warehouse supply in Russian regions
RUSSIA In 2014, app. 700,000 sqm of modern warehouse space was delivered across the Russian regions (all major markets excluding Moscow and St Petersburg), according to CBRE. The number marks the highest supply since 2009.
