POLAND Houston-based real estate giant Hines has obtained the final building permit for the Proximo class 'A' office building at the Daszyński Roundabout metro station, currently under construction in the centre of Warsaw.

POLAND Decathlon and 4F stores are to open in the Atrium Koszalin shopping centre. The owner of the mall – Atrium European Real Estate – has signed contracts with the new tenants for 1,600 sqm and 100 sqm respectively.
