Poland First tenant for Grundmanna Office Park
BNP Paribas has become the first tenant of Grundmanna Office Park in Katowice. The bank will occupy more than 4,100 sqm in Cavatina's office building. Building A, which will house the company's office, is scheduled for completion in Q3 of 2024.

Poland LCube to build in Mszczonów
Warehouse developer LCube has received a building permit for the LCube Mszczonów development. The approved project involves the construction of an industrial and warehouse park of approx. 31,500 sqm on a plot of nearly 8 ha.

P3 Logistic Parks has acquired a 30-hectare site in Dachowa near Poznań. The newly acquired plot will be used to build the P3 Poznań III park, which will complete the developer's portfolio in the Wielkopolska region.

Poland Ruda Śląska No. 5
Panattoni has started construction of its fifth park in Ruda Śląska. The new investment will comprise two buildings with a total area of 67,000 sqm. The EUR 30 mln loan for the park was provided by Santander bank. The complex is already half leased by Regesta.

Poland MLP Poznań West set for expansion
MLP Group has purchased 6 ha of land adjacent to the MLP Poznań West logistics centre. This will allow the construction of another 30,000 sqm of modern warehouse space. As a result, the target space of the complex will increase to over 170,000 sqm.

Poland DSV Group will spend 1 bln on investments
The DSV Group intends to invest more than 1 bln PLN over the next five years in Poland. The largest investment will be the construction of a logistics centre in Wypędy near Warsaw. The cost of the project will be more than 260 mln PLN.

Poland Varso architects move in
HB Reavis has signed a lease agreement with Foster+Partners. The renowned architecture studio will open its Warsaw office in the Varso Tower building. The Polish branch of the firm will occupy 730 sqm of space on the 44th floor. The studio will move into the new office later this year.

Poland Larger GLP Wrocław V on its way
GLP has started the construction of another warehouse at Wrocław V Logistics Centre. Developed in the Wrocław metropolitan area, the warehouse park in Magnice is to expand by more than 86,000 sqm. The latest stage of the project had already been fully leased before the start of construction.

Poland Sobieski Tower awaits green light
Ghelamco has applied for a building permit for Sobieski Tower in Warsaw's Ochota district. The 130-metre-high skyscraper will stand on an empty plot at Plac Zawiszy.

Croatia Rooms with a view
AC Hotels by Marriott, part of Marriott Bonvoy’s portfolio of 31 brands, has announced its brand debut in Croatia with the opening of AC Hotel by Marriott Split. The new hotel is housed on the high floors of the 135-metre-high Westgate Tower with spectacular views of the Adriatic Sea and Split’s unique cityscape.

Poland Tenant activity slows down
According to the 'Occupier Insight – Industrial and Warehouse Market in Poland H1 2023' report prepared by Newmark Polska, both tenants and developers are currently exhibiting caution in their decision-making, which has resulted in a decline in leasing activity and construction volumes. Meanwhile, the availability of space in existing warehouses has increased.

GTC has presented its financial results for H1 of 2023. Rental and service revenues ranked at EUR 90 mln (EUR 85 mln in the corresponding period of 2022), while rental revenue growth increased by 8 pct on a like-for-like basis.
