Czech Republic IQ Ostrava welcomes its first tenant
IT company Itixo has signed a lease agreement for office space in the IQ Ostrava building belonging to CTP. The developer is also the originator of the popular Clubco coworking centre concept, which will be available in IQ Ostrava this autumn.

Poland React almost full of tenants
In H1 2023, Echo Investment signed leases covering nearly 10,000 sqm of space in the React building, with the following companies joining the building's tenants: Alorica, Bank Pekao and Pekao Direct. Thus, the commercialisation of the Łódź office building came to an end.

Poland 7R in Pomerania fully leased
7R has signed a lease agreement for approx. 2,300 sqm at 7R City Park Gdańsk South II with IGS Schreiner Polska. The warehouse park is thus 100 pct leased.

Poland Huge lease at GLP Kraków III
MCG EastBridge will occupy the entire GLP Kraków III Logistics Centre. The two-stage lease is the largest signed transaction on the Polish warehouse market in the first half of 2023.

Hungary Arago moves to Academia Office Building
The Arago Group will become a new tenant in the renovated Danube riverside office building which is reopening its doors at the end of September. Equipped with advanced technology, Academia will provide 900 sqm to house the Arago asset management company.

Polska Press Group has decided to extend its lease agreement combined with a change of interior design in Krakow's Zabłocie Business Park A complex, where it occupies over 830 sqm of space.

Polska Xella still flies on Green Wings
Xella Polska has decided to stay in the GreenWings office building in Warsaw. The Xella Group, through its brands Ytong, Silka and Multipor, is a global producer of building materials made from autoclaved aerated concrete and calcium silicate.

Poland Panattoni almost full near Kraków
Panattoni has completed Panattoni Park Kraków North, its largest project in Małopolska with an area of over 56,500 sqm. Trivium Packaging is to occupy around 21,000 sqm while Almus is to take up over 25,000 sqm. These are two of the largest leases signed by Panattoni in the region.

Poland RWE Renewables chooses Warsaw Unit
RWE Renewables will open its headquarters on the 22nd floor of the Warsaw Unit skyscraper this autumn. The office of the renewable energy company will occupy almost 1,600 sqm.

Germany Garbe buys brownfield east of Würzburg
Garbe has acquired a plot of land located some 30 km east of Würzburg. A logistics centre with a total area of around 16,000 sqm is to be built on it. Construction is scheduled to start in Q2 of 2024, with an investment volume of around EUR 25 mln.

Poland IT tenant for MDC2 Gliwice
MDC2 and its investor, Invesco Real Estate, have finalised the lease of nearly 10,800 sqm of space at MDC2 Park Gliwice. MDC2 Park Gliwice has been developed to BREEAM New Construction standard at the highest Outstanding level.

Poland Larger Flex in Tczew
US corporation Flex has expanded the area of its production and warehouse facility in Tczew by 20,000 sqm. The project was carried out by Dekpol Budownictwo on behalf of Panattoni. In total, the factory now occupies 100,000 sqm.

Segro has extended its lease agreement with Vox at Segro Logistics Park Poznań in Gądki. The company occupies around 7,700 sqm at this location.

Germany P3 takes over two Bavarian assets
P3 Logistic Parks has successfully completed an asset deal for two logistics properties in Ingolstadt and Nuremberg, Germany. The two properties offer a total of around 30,300 sqm of leasable space.

Poland Irish investor buys Gorzów mall
Galeria Askana in Gorzów Wielkopolski has been acquired by Polprop 4, an SPV owned by Irish investor John Patchell, for an undisclosed sum. The new owner plans to double the value of the shopping centre within 2 to 3 years.
